Arrange the discount details on the left side and the discount redemption blocks on the right side.
For the "Applies to" line item, display the "All item lists/Selected item lists" label text followed by the count of the applied item lists and the "View" label. Clicking on the link should navigate to the page bottom with the focus on the "Items lists that use this discount" tab.
